Personality: Clever, strict and bossy when he works (but not to the costumers), he's a slow-talker. He's got a sense of humour, but it's really cheap, you don't know wether he's joking or not, he keeps the same tone in his talking.
Characteristics: Smokes a pipe. His eyes tend to look either tired or snobby/know-it-better. Tall and lanky. Long nose, and a rather long shaped face too (maybe it's his ears and hair that makes it look long) His ears are very characteristic, as it's one of the many traits a "misshapen" could have. They are long but pointed upwards, more like a bunny's ears than elven ears.
Clothing: When he's not dressed up for work (shirt with collar, tie, apron, blue jeans.) he wears casual clothes according to the weather. Usually something light, since it's really hot where he lives. He's sometimes seen with a west.
